Terms of Service for HuntStorm

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HuntStorm Template Software service (the "Service") or the HuntStorm website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Service or Site.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@huntstorm.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HuntStorm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal recruitment and business needs.

4. User-Generated Content

a. Responsibility: The Service allows you to create, upload, and store templates, text data, and other content ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to that content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

b. License to Us: You grant HuntStorm a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you.

c. Prohibited Content: You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or infringing of intellectual property rights.

5. Service Availability and Termination

a. Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% monthly service uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at any time.

b. Modification and Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

c. Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

d. Refund Policy: Upon a complete termination of the Service by HuntStorm (not due to your breach), we commit to refunding any prepaid, unused fees for the Service within 14 business days.

6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the templates and content responsibly and ethically.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original code, functionality, features, and design, is the exclusive property of Anatolii Kurilov, an individual (natural person) and founder of the Service, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The copyright registration has been recorded via Copyright.eu (https://www.copyright.info/copyright/IPSO20251017100933YNU). Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership or any rights other than the limited license described in Section 3.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HuntStorm, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in Bulgaria.
